Service Overview

Stampo (the "Service") is operated by Tiida Tech Ltd (the "Company") and uses generative AI to automatically produce original LINE sticker images from photos uploaded by the user. Users may submit the resulting stickers to the LINE Creators Market under their own account.

Copyright of AI-Generated Output

Copyright in the sticker images that the user generates through the Service belongs to that user. The user acknowledges that the images are AI-generated and is responsible for disclosing this fact, including when submitting to the LINE Creators Market and in any other context where such disclosure is required.

Quality of AI Output

The Service uses Google Gemini and OpenAI generative AI APIs to produce images. Before using the Service, you must agree to the following:

• Image quality, composition, expression, and color depend on AI output and are not guaranteed to meet any specific quality standard.
• The specified character, theme, or caption may not always be reflected as intended.
• The same input may produce different results on different runs.
• Even if you are not satisfied with the result, refunds are not provided as a general rule. Please refine the result via the editor or use a regeneration ticket.

LINE Creators Market Submission and Review

The Service produces a ZIP package suitable for LINE Creators Market submission. The actual submission and review process is performed by the user with LINE Corporation directly.

• The Service is not affiliated with LINE Corporation in any way and is not involved in the review process.
• We do not guarantee that generated stickers will pass the LINE review. Stickers may be rejected or sent back for reasons including copyright, portrait rights, trademark, or public-decency concerns.
• If a resubmission or correction is required as a result of review, it is the user's responsibility. The Service bears no liability for any damages arising from review outcomes.

Before generating, please review the LINE Sticker Creation Guidelines. Content that violates the guidelines (e.g., violent imagery, depictions of identifiable individuals) is more likely to be rejected.

Photo Uploads

You may not upload images that infringe portrait rights, copyright, privacy, or any other rights of third parties. The Service bears no liability for any damages arising from the upload of images that infringe third-party rights.

Consent to AI Processing

To generate stickers and perform related processing, the Service uses the generative AI services listed below. Images and text that you upload are transmitted to these external services for processing. By using the Service, you consent to this transmission and to compliance with each provider's privacy policy.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in any of the following:

• Unauthorized use of the Service (unauthorized access, exploitation of vulnerabilities, etc.).
• Bulk sticker generation using bots or similar automation.
• Generation of content that violates public order or morality (violent, discriminatory, obscene content, etc.).
• Conduct that infringes the rights of other users or third parties.
• Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Service.

Gift Codes

Gift codes are valid for 180 days from the date of issue. Codes may not be redeemed after expiry. Refunds are available only for unused gift codes; used or expired codes are non-refundable.

Project Retention Period

Projects you create (including generated sticker images) are retained for 180 days from the last update. Projects past the retention period may be deleted automatically. Please download any data you wish to keep before the period elapses.

Changes to or Termination of the Service

The Service may change its content or terminate without prior notice. The Service bears no liability for any damages arising from such changes or termination.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Except as required by law, the Service bears no liability for any damages arising from use of the Service. We make no warranty as to the quality, accuracy, or legality of AI-generated output.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales as the court of first instance.
