LINE Sticker Submission: 10-Point Pre-Submit Checklist
Run through these 10 items before submitting — rejections drop dramatically.
Most rejection causes can be caught and fixed before you submit. Walk through these 10 items in order. Stampo handles a lot of them automatically, but if you edited the cells, double-check just to be safe.
10-Point Checklist
1. Image dimensions match spec
Sticker 370×320, main 240×240, tab 96×74. Stampo's ZIP is spec-compliant by default.
Non-spec sizes from another tool, insufficient margins, odd-numbered width/height.
2. 10px margin around subject
Character and text are at least 10px away from the edge.
Subject is cut off near the edge or sits flush against it.
3. Background is fully transparent
Transparent PNG with a clean alpha channel.
White / gray background visible, semi-transparent halo around the subject.
4. File size under 1MB
Each image under 1MB. Stampo's ZIP is size-optimized automatically.
Exported at full resolution, exceeding 1MB.
5. No third-party IP or likeness
Only yourself, family, pets, or original illustrations.
Anime characters, brand logos, celebrity photos, traced illustrations.
6. No URLs, contact info, or promotion in artwork
Everyday phrases like 'thanks', 'good night', 'okay'.
'@account', 'find me on TikTok', URLs, 'LINE_ID:xxx'.
7. Nothing against public decency
Friendly, approachable expressions safe for any audience.
Sexual / violent / discriminatory content, heavy religious or political tone, harsh slang.
8. Main image is eye-catching
Strongest, brightest, most expressive cell as the main image.
Dull pose, dark colors, or text-only cell as the main.
9. Title and description are appropriate
Clear title around 30 characters; description summarizes the set's vibe.
'Test', 'Untitled', or overly long descriptions.
10. 'AI used' checkbox is checked
Checked the 'AI used' box under sales info. Stampo-generated stickers always qualify.

Review Time
Per the LINE official help center, review typically takes a few hours to 2 days. Peak seasons or required revisions can extend this. To avoid weekend queues, submit on weekday mornings.

FAQ
If I pass every item, will it definitely be approved?
Your pass rate goes up significantly, but the final call is LINE's. Clearing the obvious NGs minimizes rejection risk.
Are AI-generated stickers harder to pass?
AI use itself is not the issue. Missing the 'AI used' checkbox, or AI output too close to existing IP, are the actual rejection triggers.
What if I notice a mistake after submitting?
You can cancel while still in review. If rejected, fix the cause and resubmit. See the rejection recovery guide for details.
Does Stampo have built-in checking?
Stampo auto-checks spec items (size, transparency, margin). Content-level checks (third-party IP, etc.) can't be detected automatically — always self-check using this list.
