The Service "Stampo" is operated by Tiida Tech Ltd (the "Company"). This Policy explains how the Company handles your personal information.

Information We Collect

The Service collects the following information:

• Email address (used for account registration and communication, and, with your consent, for updates about new features).
• Login information (Google account login or email magic link).
• Uploaded images (used for sticker generation).

New Feature Update Emails

With your consent, we send emails about new features and the referral program. We use Cloudflare Email Service to deliver these emails and provide Cloudflare with the email address and message content required for delivery. You can stop receiving these emails at any time, free of charge, using the "Unsubscribe" link in an email or your account settings. We may still send emails required to provide the Service, including login, purchase, and generation-completion messages.

Handling of Images

Images you upload are transmitted to Google Gemini API and OpenAI API for AI sticker generation (one or both, depending on processing). Project data including generated sticker images is retained for 180 days from the last update. After the retention period elapses, image data is deleted automatically.

Use of Cookies

The Service uses cookies for session management via Firebase Authentication. These cookies are required to maintain the login state and are not used for advertising or tracking purposes.

Third-Party Disclosure

The Service shares information with the following third-party services. Please review each provider's privacy policy for details on how they handle information.

• Google (Gemini API / Firebase): images you upload are sent for AI sticker generation; also used as authentication and data-storage infrastructure — Privacy Policy
• OpenAI (OpenAI API): images and text you upload are sent for AI image generation and auxiliary processing — Privacy Policy
• Stripe: credit card information is sent for payment processing (the Service does not retain card information) — Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare Email Service: your email address and message content are sent to deliver consent-based new feature updates and emails required to provide the Service — Privacy Policy

We do not provide personal information to any third party other than the above without your consent.

Data Protection

To appropriately protect personal information, the Service applies reasonable technical and organizational measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, access control via Firebase Security Rules, and periodic security reviews.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• The right to request disclosure of personal information that we hold.
• The right to request correction or deletion of your personal information.
• The right to request deletion of your account and all related data.
