Affiliate Program Terms

Program Overview

The Stampo Affiliate Program (the "Program") allows participants ("Affiliates") to earn generation tickets by referring new users who complete a qualifying purchase via a unique referral link.

You may join the Program by agreeing to these Terms and completing the registration process.

Eligibility

• You must be logged in to a Stampo account.
• You must agree to these Terms and the Stampo Terms of Service.
• Only one affiliate account is permitted per user.

Reward Conditions

A reward is earned when all of the following conditions are met:

• A user clicks your referral link and completes a purchase of a generation ticket pack, with payment confirmed by Stripe.
• The referred user is a new Stampo user who did not have an account at the time of referral.
• Self-referral (using your own link to purchase) does not qualify for a reward.

Reward amounts depend on the pack purchased. See your affiliate dashboard for details.

Reward Structure

• Rewards are issued as Stampo generation tickets.
• Tickets cannot be converted to cash or any other monetary value.
• Tickets cannot be transferred to another user.
• Awarded tickets expire 180 days after the date of issue.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in the following:

• Self-referral — purchasing through your own referral link.
• False, exaggerated, or misleading advertising or representations.
• Sending referral links via spam email or unsolicited mass messages.
• Phishing, link spoofing, or any deceptive method of driving traffic.
• Any other conduct that the Company deems fraudulent or abusive.

Violations may result in reward forfeiture and immediate termination of affiliate status without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

We do not guarantee the continuation of the Program or the level of rewards. Program terms may change or the Program may be discontinued. We are not liable for delays in ticket issuance or system failures, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
